To begin a new transaction, please review the information below.

This website is designed to forward all completed information to the coordinator. This information will then be e-mailed to you for you to maintain your records. When opening a new transaction, please forward a copy of the Purchase Agreement, Agency Relationship Disclosure and any other pertinent documents for the coordinator to file. Forms can be mailed, faxed or call to arrange for them to be picked up (local to Northern Virginia/Fredericksburg area only). Please include an initial non-recurring $75 deposit when opening a new transaction, as well as a one time set-up fee of $125 for new clients. This will cover setting up your template in Settlementroom.com. Once all applicable documents and deposit are received, the coordinator will open the file.  At any time during the course of the escrow, further information is needed, the coordinator will contact you immediately. The remaining balance of $125 will be paid at closing. In the event that closing does not occur, the initial $75 deposit is non-refundable.
